Our primary objective is to preserve the name, likeness and image of Elvis Presley. The name and signature are trademarks owned and protected by the Estate of Elvis Presley. Other protected properties of the Estate include the image and voice of Elvis, song titles such as Blue Suede Shoes, Jailhouse Rock, Hound Dog, and Teddy Bear and words and phrases closely associated with Elvis, such as Graceland, TCB and King of Rock and Roll.

We are continuously looking for manufacturers that offer consumers such retail products as gifts and novelties, stationery and paper goods, apparel, house wares and home furnishings. Companies wishing to become a Licensee should have market presence and the ability to generate exposure on a national or international level.

In addition to licensing, Elvis Presley Enterprises will also consider requests from advertising agencies and public relations firms to position Elvis Presley for advertising and promotional campaigns throughout the world. These requests will be routed to the appropriate department within our organization.
