SPECIAL SERVICES & EQUIPMENT

Each member of our Special Events Department team is trained to assist you in planning each and every aspect of your event.

DECORATIONS
Our Back-to-the-Fifties Centerpieces never fail to generate that fabulous fifties rock n roll feel and are perfect for either the buffet or dinner rounds. Each features either a pink Cadillac or an aqua Thunderbird mounted on a custom-made stand complete with glittered records, slinkies, bubble-gum, and a banner ribbon! Sure to create a WOW. Each rents for $25.00 plus sales tax.

We also have several large buffet pieces for rent as well as outside decor, such as a lighted mini movie marquee, which can be personalized to congratulate or welcome your group. If you prefer, we will gladly arrange for custom or floral pieces to specifically complement your event.

INVITATIONS
Your guests will know something special is in store for them when they receive one of our custom-designed invitations. Invitations are priced at $2.95 each plus tax. Another option for an eye catching, inexpensive invitation would be one our vast array of colorful postcards.

MERCHANDISE
Many times, groups will want to arrange for souvenirs or special gift awards for their guests. We have a huge range of choices available from our gift shops or warehouse department - usually at prices below the normal retail, and sure to fit any budget.

A/V EQUIPMENT
Graceland has an extensive inventory of A/V equipment available for rent; and, if you wish, we can provide an on site technician for an additional charge.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
With prior notice, we will be happy to order customized items, such as swizzle sticks, T-shirts, napkins, glasses, etc., for your event.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We will arrange a photographer for weddings and receptions, or for candid "roving-eye" type shots.

SPECIALTY ITEMS
Our Special Events Staff will also be happy to coordinate the ordering/rental of fine china, crystal, linens, chair covers, ice sculptures, champagne fountains, cakes, or any other item you think would add to the success of your event.

SERVICES
Other services such as valet parking or extra security can also be arranged.

GENERAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

VIDEO CAMERAS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of the attractions or gift shops. However, you are welcome to videotape in the following areas: Ticket Pavilion, Rockabilly's Diner, Chrome Grille, and outside in the Pavilion Area.

Still camera photography is allowed. However, flash photography is prohibited. For 35mm cameras, 400 speed film or higher will produce good results-even without a flash.

We must ask that no food or drink be taken aboard the shuttles or the airplanes. Thank you for your consideration.
